Diane brings over 20 years of marketing management experience with achievements in special events, public and community relations. Both her professional experience and her background in grief-related outreach projects helped develop Diane’s expertise in grief education and outreach for the bereaved.
As the community outreach coordinator for Cox-Gifford Seawinds, Diane’s role is dedicated to organizing free community outreach events that bring families comfort and hope. From workshops that offer “practical next steps in the healing journey” to one-of-a-kind remembrance events, the mission of the Cox-Gifford Seawinds Community Outreach program is to provide quality healing experiences for the community.
Originally from Westport, Connecticut, Diane relocated to Vero Beach from the Fort Lauderdale area where she produced many community outreach initiatives in economic development and real estate development in addition to hosting a television show.
Prior to beginning her work as community outreach coordinator, Diane served the local three-county region as the UPS Account Manager. Previously, she designed and executed marketing, compliance and training programs for the Board of Indian River County Commissioners.
Diane is the proud mother of two adult children. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing Communications from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, FL. Additionally, she earned professional licenses and certifications in training.
